In 2025, EV100 introduced the EV100 Global Transition Barometer research, published in partnership with New Automotive. This analysis – covering supply side regulation, charging infrastructure, fiscal landscape and market uptake – provides companies with a clearer, more realistic pathway to transitioning global fleets according to market maturity, and informed EV100’s updated commitment criteria and campaign relaunch.
This session invites Siemens and another EV100 member (TBC) to share their perspectives to help other members confidently align their own strategies to the updated market tiering framework.
EV100 member Siemens has one of the largest fleets in the network and has been an enthusiastic adopter of these insights. By integrating New Automotive’s market readiness methodology directly into their internal fleet transition strategy, and aligning relevant KPIs with the updated EV100 requirements, Siemens has shown that continuing to push for a fully zero-emission transition is the right path for our global members.
