International Transport Forum (ITF) Summit 2026

26th February 2026 1 min read

Climate Group will participate in the International Transport Forum (ITF) Summit in Leipzig from 6-8 May. As we shape our engagement for this year’s programme, we’re keen to hear from members planning to attend – particularly those interested in speaking opportunities or contributing insights to our sessions.

We are convening an exclusive, closed-door roundtable on 5 May as part of the International Transport Forum, focused on the role of Supply Side Regulations in accelerating EV uptake. This invitation-only session will bring together 30–40 senior leaders, including C-suite executives and Transport Ministers from key markets, for a candid, solutions-oriented exchange. The discussion will highlight practical pathways for aligning policy and industry action, demonstrating strong corporate support for supply-side regulation and the broader transformation of the automotive sector.

Mark your calendars for the ITF Summit and the interactive industry-government session From Energy Resilience on Wheels: Scaling Zero-Emission Transport on 7 May, 9:00-10:30 CET, co-hosted by ICCT, CALSTART / Drive to Zero, WBCSD and Climate Group. This 90-minute interactive session will convene senior government leaders, development finance institutions, commercial investors, fleet operators, OEMs, charging and grid providers, and energy companies to advance a Resilient Electrification – Investment & Policy Dialogue ahead of COP.
